How much does a counselling session cost?
Individual counselling sessions cost £60.
There are a limited number of low cost sessions, please inquire for availability.
How long is a counselling session?
Typically, counselling sessions last for fifty minutes, on a weekly basis but this can be adapted for your needs.
How many counselling sessions do I need?
The number of sessions will be unique to each person. Some people feel better after a few sessions, others find longer term support helpful. We can discuss this in our initial session and review as we go.
Where are you based?
My private office is based in KT19. Free off-street parking is available and there are local public transport links.
Who do you work with?
I currently work with individual adults aged over 18 who are based in the UK.
What availability is there?
I have availability on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Starting counselling can feel daunting. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck or are facing a specific challenge, counselling can provide a space to explore your feelings and deal with these challenges.

What qualifications do you have?
I hold a BA (hons) degree in Integrative Relational Counselling and level 2 and 3 certificate in Counselling. I am a registered member of the BACP and adhere to their code of ethics.
I regularly participate in further training and attend supervision.
